In this role, you have the opportunity to assist our members with excellent customer service, advise members with their account and loan needs, and assist their long-term financial planning goals. By identifying their financial needs and appropriate solutions, we try to help every one of our members live the life they love. About the job: Provides lending information to members, interview and take loan applications for credit approval. Process new accounts and other member transactions. Carry out various clerical duties necessary for the smooth functioning of the department. Handle phone, chat and online application inquiries and requests. Conduct these activities in accordance with Credit Union policies, goals and objectives established by the branch manager by performing the following duties.
Preferred requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Sales experience is recommended
  • Basic math skills
